Faith Walker 2015This Conference was on of the best experiences of my life. I was able to learn and grow with other fellow believers. I made some amazing new friends and had the chance to enjoy the fresh mountain air. In this experience I was able to reflect and look deeper inside myself and re-exam where I am with my relationship with God and where I need to grow and improve. I was able to worship and praise the one true King while fellowshipping with others and hearing their testimonies and learning about their relationship with God. I was able to expand my learning and create some new goals for the new year. Even though I wasn't able to spend New Years with my family, I found that I had a and was part of an eternal family of Christ-believers. This conference has changed me for the better. I try now to learn more about others before I judge and criticize.I've seen peoples entire lives change because of Christ and saw his power in action. It was such a blessing to have the chance to go and will recommend it to everyone. I fell in love with the conference and the people there. I cannot wait to go back.

Today we arrived from a long 9 hour drive to Asheville, North Carolina. It was great and we were able to eat some of the most amazing pizza from a small Italian restaurant where everything is natural and taste just like Italy. The first main session started in the evening at and was amazing. The band that played phenomenally and it was amazing to have the opportunity to see so many people worshiping and praising all at the same time. It was amazing to see some people brought their whole families with them and they were all worshipping together. The topic for the conference was defining moments. How has the biggest moments of your life affected who you are today. After there was a bonfire and fellowship. I was really tired so decided to just chill and talk to some new people I met earlier. I had the chance to learn and hear some really amazing stories. It a great start and I'm so excited to see what's going to happen next.

Today was an very early morning! Speaker, Tim Haring, starting it all off with a sermon on how Life Isn't Fair, but neither is Grace. It was an absolutely amazing sermon and I was able to take away so much. We then heard testimonies from three amazing godly ladies and saw how God had shaped and impacted their lives. We ended up then taking a break and doing small group seminars. Those were extremely interesting because it was such a different dynamic than what in large sessions. Afterwards we had time to ourselves before another main session and worship. This time on principle of God. It was phenomenal and i learned so much from the speaker. After that we had swing and line dancing dance that was so incredible fun! I was absolutely terrible, but no one really cared so it was great! We ended up going back to the main auditorium afterward and singing until midnight when we rang in the new years! It was such an amazing ending and beginning of the new year. Afterward we got into groups and prayed for each other and the new year and the new adventures to come, before we all went to bed.

New years. New journey. Today i woke up super early to go climb a mountain and watch the sunrise with some of my new friends. It was such an amazing sight and amazing start of the new year! The mountain climb though was much harder than you would have expected, but I'm so glad that I did it. It was so worth the view. We then hurried down the mountain and got ready for the main session. We started up with making new goals and having a sermon about committing your all to God. It was so impactful especially for the start of the new year. We then had another sermon about Standing form in your faith. I was blown away by this sermon. It was so good and I felt every word and was so moved. We then afterwards had chance to have free time and enjoy the Carolina air. i decided to go take a nap and then play some epic rounds of intense card games with my new friends. It was so much fun and competitive. After we were down we got dinner together and played even more game before another session. The last session of the day was so good and Tom Short spoke. It was about the humbling yourself before God and obeying his instructions. It was such an needed reminder and great ending. We then went off and starting singing and praising the lord by singing songs directly out of Psalms. It was absolutely amazing and such an unique and amazing experience. I loved it!

Last Day! Oh wow! I'm shocked by how fast this conference has gone. I've learned and grown so much over the last couple of days and I;m amazed by how much I've seen myself grow. We started off the day again with sermons in the main session. Today it was about the 2nd most important decision in your life. It was great and I learned so much. The next sermon was about being Born again and having a new life and identity with Christ. These sermon hit home for me. We then had more seminars after lunch. I was able to here about some amazing ladies talk about their stories and testimonies to how God is using them. I thought it was so great and powerful. It was so great to hear people just a little bit older than me to share their story and journey cause they understand and know exactly how we feel and what we're going through. After the seminar we had a wrap up session where our whole church got together and shared how God had impacted our lives and what he revealed to us. It was so great to hear how everyone was affected by different sermons and at different times. we then as a group went to our last main seen and praise and worshiped for over an hour then heard the last sermon ants overcoming discouragement. It was an amazing lesson and ending to such an amazing conference! I can;t wait to go back next year!
